Thank you for your interest in supporting the Monterey County Rape Crisis Center. Studies indicate that 1 in 3-4 women and 1 in 6-7 men will be sexually assaulted in her/his lifetime. Only 16% report to law enforcement. We believe that NO ONE should ever be sexually violated, and that anyone who is deserves nothing less than a complete recovery. Each year we help more than 400 women and men who are brave enough to come to us for support, counseling and advocacy. Because anyone can potentially be a victim, our agency also provides extensive prevention education programs starting with kindergarten classes through senior centers. We reach over 20,000 children and adults yearly. Your contribution and support can literally change someone's life.
